Shuttle Guide & Rules
Please follow all the following rules for a pleasant ride. Drivers may refuse passengers that do not comply with these rules.
Ticket Allowances:
One ticket purchase is for one person only.
Pets are not allowed unless it is a service animal as defined and permitted by airlines. As such, emotional support animals (ESA) are not allowed. If a service animal must be brought on board, it must be seated with the passenger.
Luggage: Each ticket allows two pieces of luggage, one regular checked non-oversized bag size and one carry on size as defined by airlines.
Shared ride.
Your shuttle ticket is for a ride in a shared vehicle with other passengers, as such, your pickup time might a bit delayed because different passengers will be picked up in order. You can be picked up as early as the ticket route start time indicated in your confirmation eMail. Please be ready as early as the start pick up time. The driver will wait up to two minutes before continuing the route.
Common courtesy and etiquette.
This is a shared ride with other passengers, as such please be respectful to others.
Consuming food, drinks, drugs or smoking are not allowed in the vehicle.
Keep perfumes or any kind of odors discrete. Not everybody might share your exact same taste.
Keep noise to a minimum. Everybody deserves a pleasant ride. This includes loud music, social media on loud speakers, verbal interactions, etc.
Children.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and if you purchased a ticket for your child, please be sure to follow California Vehicle Code (CVC). The California State requires that all children under 8 years old must be properly seated with a car seat. You must bring your own. The driver will deny boarding without a seat.
Violent and/or sexual misconduct is not permitted and may be grounds for refusal to board or cancelling the ride on course.
Intoxicated passengers (alcohol/drugs) may also be denied access due to safety and health concerns.
Pick up locations at the San Francisco Airport (SFO).
International Terminal: Door 10.
Terminal 1 Arrivals: Door 3.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Door 1.
Terminal 3 Arrivals: Door 5.
Terminal 1 Departures: Door 3.
Terminal 2 Departures: Door 1.
Terminal 3 Departures: Door 5.
ADA protocol. This ride is not ADA capable as the vehicles are not equipped to serve these needs and wheelchairs or other mobility devices may not be accommodated due to space requirements. This is a shared ride and the cargo space needs to be shared by all passengers.

Refunds/Changes. Tickets are refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before your trip starts. Should you need to return or change your ticket, please contact support@intrepidos.net to do so.
